Finance and Admin Manager – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reporting to the CFO in Dublin, the role of Finance and Admin manager in the Anam Technologies Malaysia office based in KL will involve:

  • Managing day to day functions in Malaysian office
  • Preparing Monthly accounts, statutory reports, etc.
  • Managing local payroll and taxes
  • Liaising with Auditors on queries in relation to the local entity
  • Treasury management – liaising with HQ in respect of cashflow requirements. Managing on a day to day basis local bank accounts, subject to the company’s policies and procedures in this respect.
  • Assistance in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and monthly reporting on variances
  • Coordinating with solicitors on any local legal issues that may arise
  • Ensuring adherence of the local office to the company ISO 27001 policies and procedures
  • Assist with staff hiring locally and dealing with HR queries in respect of same.
  • Managing the local time recording system and ensuring that staff are recording their time accurately
  • Ensuring adherence to the company’s expense policy, coordinating travel and assisting in organising and presenting at meetings
  • Coordinate Ad hoc projects that may be identified.
