Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Technology, Operational Support, Managed Services, and Management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Pro-actively lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the company and customer account.
Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Co-ordinates solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while ensuring the company objectives are protected.
Keep up to date activity records on Salesforce and provide weekly reports.
