The Role
  • will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers.
  • is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • will ensure the customers’ needs and expectations are met while at the same time ensuring the company objectives are delivered.
  • reports to the Sales Director.
Key  Responsibilities
  • establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Technology, Operational Support, Managed Services, and Management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Pro-actively lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the company and customer account.
  • Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Co-ordinates solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while ensuring the company objectives are protected.
  • Keep up to date activity records on Salesforce and provide weekly reports.
  • As required participate in writing proposals
