- will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers.

- Pro-actively lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the company and customer account.
- Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Co-ordinates solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while ensuring the company objectives are protected.
- Keep up to date activity records on Salesforce and provide weekly reports.
