Corporate Control

What is it?

Corporate Control provides employers with the ability to extend control over their employee’s mobile usage by blocking messages to and from unwanted mobile numbers, premium short codes and/or keywords, using a simple black list command. This Smart Service can help reduce costs, improve efficiency and security for their organisation and its employees.

How does it work?

Corporate Control is activated by registering the mobile number of each employee’s phone to a designated manager account. Once a manager has registered an employees mobile phone account they can choose to activate any number of monitoring and control facilities that will give control and reduce cost. The manager or employee can access this feature directly from their handsets.

Managers can set usage parameters and controls to help monitor an employee's level of mobile usage and expenditure. High watermark alarms or warning messages can be used to alert managers to monitor employee phone usage. A breakdown of employee account transactions including in and out message volumes can be viewed every week or month.
