What is it?

This Smart Service allows email style flexibility for SMS including copying of SMS to email: diverting messages to other handsets (if abroad or if the normal handset has been misplaced) setting out of office and auto-replies.

Copy To

This feature allows users to have their messages copied to an email account or another mobile handset.

Divert to

This feature allows subscribers to divert messages to an alternative mobile no matter where the original handset is. When roaming abroad, this allows subscribers to view messages on another handset because of cheaper local tariffs or may they have left their handset at home.

Auto Reply

When it’s simply not convenient to be contacted, subscribers can activate the auto reply feature, which sends a personally configured message to the sender e.g. “Sorry, I am not available until 16:00” or “I am currently travelling and unavailable”.
