Anam Mobile Ltd. acquires Aliope Ltd.
Anam Mobile Ltd, a leading supplier of messaging infrastructure technology today announced that it has acquired Aliope Ltd, a key innovator in the automated preparation, publishing and management of Rich Media Video Messaging Content.
Aliope will be fully integrated into Anam, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, to create a principal global provider of next generation messaging infrastructure and rich media video services for mobile operators.
Aliope was founded in 2001 to commercialise an existing research project for the Mobile Telecommunications sector named fishchlar, carried out at Dublin City University. Since its foundation it has been located at the Dublin City University Invent Centre for campus companies.
