No Traffic Licence Fees

What is it?

Anam has removed the charge for capacity licences for its Eclipse SMSX short messaging platform. This means that you will no longer have to pay for additional traffic licences as your SMS traffic increases – SMS can become an even more profitable tool for you.

The new fee structure applies to all deployments of the Eclipse SMSX short messaging platform. Whether you deploy it as a First Delivery Attempt (FDA), a regular SMSC, or as an SMS Router, there will be no charge for capacity licences.

Why?

Consumers are still increasingly using SMS as one of their preferred forms of communication. As traffic grows, the capacity of messaging systems has grown to meet this demand, but so has the cost of purchasing and maintaining high performance SMS platforms. This means that operators have not been able to truly profit from increased consumer use.

Anam wanted to change this.

Now you can increase the SMS traffic on your network without having to increase your costs. Your subscribers can continue to send text messages and interact with SMS-based services and as SMS usage grows, so will your profits.
