Anam has developed an extensive Managed Services business delivering value for mobile operators from their messaging infrastructure. A range of technical & platform management services address configuration, support and maintenance of messaging network elements whilst business-focused services concentrate on detecting & filtering grey-route traffic essential for full A2P monetisation and subscriber protection against fraud & SPAM. 40 staff, representing almost half of the company, are involved in the delivery of Managed Services.
