The Fraud Services team are focused on detection and avoidance of messaging related security incidents on the network. The kinds of activities discharged by the team include:

  • Fraud Analysis & Discovery using Anam tools (Firewalll, Analyser) or other third party equipment in the network
  • Threat and SIM Box detection using Analyzer and Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management reports
  • Blocking recommendations
  • Executing designed workflows (in compliance with defined SLA) with SMSC Ops/SMSFW – Ops teams
  • Executing workflow with Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management as regards SIM Boxes
